Beautiful property, superb staff, great food, peaceful, quiet, only wish there were more entertainment options. Love the turtle release we were treated to on our first day, and also loved Shadow, the property dog.

Beautiful property with a natural beach. We were lucky enough to get to watch the baby sea turtle hatchlings make their first journey to the water. Amazing! Picturesque views from the rooms. Nice restaurant, easy paddleboard/kayak access and amazing beach. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Great hotel!!!

Beautiful naturally isolated beach. Quiet and well maintained beach and facilities. Staff is pleasurable and attentive to interact with. Food is good and overall a fantastic destination to unwind and rejuvenate. The journey to and from the airport on reasonably priced transportation options is a little bit of a grind.

We loved this property. It’s quiet, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is quiet, trees for shade, and the water is warm and inviting. It’s an older property that took us back in time. We had a beach front room with a nice veranda. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, which is what made it perfect. Amazing sunset!!!

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest people. Winston is the nicest. Too bad we only saw him twice while we were there. No one else was as nice and friendly as him. Server at breakfast not so friendly, the bus boys are. The property is beautiful and we did get a room upgrade, that was nice. This place is very peaceful. If you want to relax and rest, this place is for you.

The Jamaica Inn was spectacular. My husband and I stayed there for a long weekend and could have happily stayed a month. The views, the suites (including gorgeous Veranda rooms opening right onto the ocean), the food, the staff - everything was impeccably done, and every detail was thought of. Also, I'm a sucker for any property with a "house pet," and Shadow (the property owners' black lab) was just as sweet as the rest of the folks we met at the Inn. We also absolutely loved our sweet driver, Oscar, who the hotel arranged to take us to and from the resort. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough. Can't wait to go back! -- Bri & Joshua

The atmosphere is very relaxing and tranquil. However everything was dated, property needs refurbishing. Customer service was not as pleasing as it was on my first visit there. I called and requested an early check in as I had a function to attend. Check in was a breeze and we ordered food which was to be delivered to our room; however they checked me into the wrong room. After a whole Hour of waiting for the food to arrive we called the front desk asking about the food and were then informed that we were checked into the wrong room and that another guest requested that room. This is while we already unpacked and started to get dressed for our event which we were already late for. We were then told that we should pack our stuff up and go to the other room where our food was waiting (this is in the middle of me getting dressed to leave for my event). They kept calling and insisting that if we wanted our food we would have to leave the room and go to the room they had assigned. I had to walk in my towel to try to pacify the matter; And was still being prodded to leave the room. I told them I was not averse to moving but would do so the following day; they still insisted! They eventually left us alone and gave us an apology and a bottle of rum. By the day we were ready to leave our toilet overflowed drenching the bathroom and bedroom we ended up not being able to check out until after 1 pm setting us way behind. Overall this experience was poor unlike that of our first visit.
