"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "Very central to old town Düsseldorf and the Rhine river. Apt nice for one person or couple. Instructions to check in could be clearer, I was blessed to find a sign inside by driveway saying Reception, but would be easy to miss because the street address is a locked door. "

"A trendy hotel close to the train station. Being close to the station, there is some streetlife, and the almost constant chugging and squealing of trains. Try to get a room that doesn't overlook the main railway lines!"

"When I stayed at Adina last week, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but from the minute I stepped through those doors, I knew it was going to be a good trip. The location is perfect, being so close to Dusseldorf Hbf, and despite the constant presence of trains you wouldn’t know it, as there was barely any noise for the entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful (and chatty too, which is always a bonus!), and the room itself, in my case a studio apartment, was everything I could’ve hoped for. It was clean, it was well laid out, and the bed was comfy! Hurray! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’ll definitely be back next year! Huge thank you to all the staff. :) "

"The property was well kept and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, not speaking German staff went out of his way to walk us down to the tram station to show us where to go what bus to take ect. We really enjoyed our stay"
