The beds were inset into wall and one was accessible only by a ladder, and on a balcony with little in the way of a safe handrail. "We stayed Thursday and Friday nights. The Thursday was really weird; empty, staff hard to find etc. The room itself is definitely 3* and no more, but the beds/linen etc are clean and good quality. It’s more of a high end conference centre than a hotel. The first breakfast was equally odd, no one from the hotel spoke to us at all! We ate in Lieden both nights, which with a hired bike was great.
