"The hotel was excellent from staff to food to bar to large, spacious room to pool and Spa. Only complaints would be that the towels were very thin and small and the shower was on the side wall making the the shower a little narrow. "

As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "You can’t beat the location, we were on foot and the public transport options were still great to get in and around the valley. Staff were all lovely and very helpful (the owner very kindly offered to take us to the local station on our last day)."
