Our family stay at Residence Inn by Marriot Kensington, London May 8-12, 2026 was a wonderful experience. The staff and service are Outstanding! attentive, professional, polite, helpful and truly service-oriented. Rooms & facilities are very good. The Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance - it's super convenient & perfect for groceries, desserts etc. Earls court underground station is a 10 minute walk. One of the best 'value for money' properties we've enjoyed in a long time. A very special appreciation for Manager, Laust Anderson and hotel staff Joseph for making our stay truly memorable as well as to front desk staff Saif, Matin and Bianca. Looking forward to staying at this property again when visiting London.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham palace, gallery and museum. Room was clean, reasonable size and property appeared well maintained. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay

This hotel is so conveniently located. You can walk everywhere…Covent Gardens, the West End Theater District, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and more. Love the old world feel and the cozy bar stayed open late. Highly recommend!

This is the hotel you want to stay at in London! The front desk staff are amazing the bell man and concierge is just fabulous. The servers and housekeeping just know what to do! It’s a luxurious experience staying here with out the price tag of central London. This is my third stay and every time I just can’t say enough about the staff! You make the holiday! Thank you!!
