If anyone’s checks in after 10, they should be made aware that people are sleeping and to be very quiet. Maybe no check ins after 10 Miserable night with the inconsiderate neighbors even after complaining to the front desk

Nice facility with good public spaces to include pool, hot tub, indoor sitting area, and fire pit. Had room with king bed which was small but well laid out so it did not feel cramped. Rooms well insulated so did not hear city noises or other rooms. Traveled with pet and they were quite supportive. Several great casual restaurants within a block.

I had a minor beverage spill that soiled a bed sheet and, as a result, a couple of towels were used for the impromptu clean up. I alerted the cleaning staff of my accident. However, without notification, I now realize that I was charged over $100 for the spill. Given the onsite Washing and Dryer, I could have resolved the situation myself or sent the linens and towels for professional cleaning at a much cheaper rate. I simply feel that some form of formal notification should've take place.

Staff was amazing property was fantastic, the bathrooms need exhaust fans, and theyvare clearly understaffed. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service from the staff, but you can' expect them to be able to give excellent customer service and be doing a job that normally requires three staff members.

Great location, breakfast was awesome! The two negatives were, I requested twice for house keeping and for the ADA shower bench to be fixed. Neither request were addressed, Nicole from front desk was very nice and tried to make things right. Our trash bin was full too the brim and the shower bench looked like had striped screws into the shower wall.

Only issue was a large group of spring break skiers were a herd of locust in breakfast room. Literally out of everything. Staff could not keep up but trying diligently. Two hotels sharing one breakfast area was just not a good plan on this trip. 😕

Not a Tru I would patronize again. Had a group reservation for three rooms and they tried to move one our party members to a different location. All three rooms, guests complained of uncomfortable beds. Pool sticks and board games in disrepair. Food was barely warm.

Very cool, Modern hotel. It’s still in the new minimalist style, similar to a moxie or other modern hotel. Don’t expect a lot of furniture in the room, more on the basic functional side. Which I like but it’s not for everybody. Fantastic breakfast every morning, and coffee all day. Nice game room and very comfortable lobby. Super convenient to the Ski bus stop right next-door as well as one block from great restaurants on 25th St. One of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen, with new machines and dumbbells after 75 pounds! Excellent hotel overall!

I loved my stay with Tru in Ogden!! Comfy and great amenities! But its closeness to Historic 25th was our greatest enjoyment!! Staff was very helpful...The only note I would have..My flights had gotten messed up, so I didn't arrive til 3 am to the lobby! The doors were locked for safety, but I couldn't figure out a way to reach anyone, so I just slept in the car for a few hours! Very safe feeling neighborhood!!

First Time Visiting Ogden!
This hotel has a brand new feel and I really wanted to rate excellent. There were a few things if fixed which would make this hotel amazing! It doesn’t have coffee available in the rooms. For someone who likes coffee right when they wake up, this is an inconvenience and if I have to go downstairs in the am then the coffee pot should always be ready and coffee cups readily available. On Saturday, 1/13 this was not the case. Also, the breakfast service which is part of your reservation was lacking. There were multiple times when there was nothing available. I got eggs and potatoes, both cold. I made a waffle and there was no syrup. An inquiry revealed the resupply truck was running late. It happens but then you should have a note letting guests know and everything else should be on point. Sadly, it was lacking. These things can be fixed easily and I hope they are. Also, cleaning of the rooms is supposed to be every other day. We checked in on Thursday. Housekeeping should have cleaned on Saturday but did not. We did have the do not disturb sign on until 11am but then we left for the remainder of the day. Housekeeping saw us leave and should have gone back to check. We were disappointed to come back and room was not cleaned. Once these issues are addressed, it would easily be an excellent rating. It’s also a prime location and has plenty of parking!

Stopped in Ogden for one night with my wife on our drive to Jackson Wy. The property was nice and a short walk to all the restaurants and stores. The room is on the smaller side but was ok for a night. The lobby has a pool table and games which is a nice touch. My only complaint is that we arrived 1 hour early and when we asked if they had early check in they said it would be $50 for that 1 hour. We travel often and we've never had a hotel with an availability charge us for it. I would rather you tell me you have nothing available yet than to insult me with a ridiculous charge.

This place is fine. The breakfast was excellent. It’s new and has modern features such as blackout blinds. But already some features were broken (loose faucets, tile work coming up , torn shower curtains) Indicating not top line construction. But the real issue was they charge $75 for a pet for 1-4 days. Maybe that's ok for 4 days but for 1? If this is a road trip and you are only there for 1 day it is unreasonable . And Expedia does not inform you of pet fees.
