"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"滞在費を抑えつつ長期の旅を快適に過ごせるという点で、全体的にとてもコストパフォーマンスの高い宿でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。ただ一点、改善していただきたい点があります。階段が雨で濡れやすく、カビも発生しやすいため、特に雨天時には滑りやすく危険です。これは階段全体を覆う屋根が十分でなく、雨を防げていないことが一因だと思われます。この点が改善されれば、最高評価を付けたいです。 "

"It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "The hotel room was a really good size, had a lot of room to place our luggage out. I loved how close it was to the train station, very walkable and convenient location! Only gripe was the AC does not work very well, it wasn't hot but defiantly wasn't cold at the max setting. There was a sign up explaining that there wasn't a designated AC per room, but rather for the whole hotel, so custom settings wouldn't work well. If you are okay with a warmer room, like during summer, I think it is perfect! But for me personally it was hard to sleep at night."

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great but there were a lot of guests for such a big hotel and so a bit crowded during breakfast. Hot spring baths were a bit crowded too. Close to attractions, for instance, Karatsu castle is highly recommended, and lot of dinning options. A lot of shopping options too but they are sparse and easier to access with your own car. Parking was alright but a bit crowded as well."

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though. Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded. The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."
