The desk clerk was very unwelcoming. There was a misunderstanding about what parking space was assigned to our room and the desk clerk was condescending and unprofessional in the manner he handled the matter rather than being helpful and apologetic. The room was immaculate. The decor and furnishings was very comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast was at best average.

Great room, listing mis-representing
The room was excellent. The listing for the hotel was mis-leading. There is a picture of a stair case leading to the ocean but the hotel is 10km from the ocean. We ordered, paid and ate their cheese and cracker plate on the outside patio. A member of the staff later told us that we should have not left the plate on the table and should bussed it ourselves. The staff member was extremely rude about it. We asked for a late check out and she told us "we don't do that". I then asked another staff member in the am and we had to pay $50 USD for each hour after 10am, (even after the previous staffer fiasco).

We are located .5 away from Maine Beach and .8 away from Footbridge Beach, perfectly located in the middle. We are so glad you loved it here so much you wanted to and we were able to allow paid late check out - 3 hours extra! Safe travels home!

This was a beautiful property. The bathroom was very spacious the the bed comfortably. We were able to walk to many places.

Would definitely stay here again
Grasshopper Inn was very clean and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast. The location was a very easy walk to restaurants and to the beach.

HEAVENLY!!!
The Hotel is perfectly located just off the Main Street..walkable to the beach or the many shops and restaurants. It is beautiful and the room was so spacious and comfortable...also a LOVELY Continental Breakfast is included. Large common area for family and friends to gather.

I would stay here again!
Beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and was helpful when asked questions about where to eat. Continental breakfast was great. Centrally located close to town and beaches, very walkable. Stayed in suite 203, very roomy and good for families and groups of 4-5 people.

My daughter and I stayed 3 night's in June. The room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Beautiful inn. Walking distance to town and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect! Rooms are beautiful, large and immaculate. Loved the location, easy to walk into town and to restaurants. Mark the manager was amazing! He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Want to go back again and again. Highly recommend!

OMG, the rooms are big! The front desk people and the breakfast lady who makes the waffles are so sweet and polite. Other than the TV having a few issues we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will comeback.

Pour la chambre et le complexe lui même rien à dire . Le personnel reste discret . Par contre déçue pour le déjeuner offert pas de variété qualité légère et si on veux un peu plus on doit débourser encore ex: un œuf $6 . A mon point de vue ce déjeuner compris n est pas un déjeuner digne d un établissement de luxe . Et n est pas un vrai déjeuner américain habituellement offert dans d autres établissements. Pour le déjeuner inclus décevant . Reste une établissement dispendieuse à y rester. Il faudrait qu’il révise leur déjeuner.
