"When my daughter forgot her phone at checkout, we realized it as we were leaving Columbus. We called, and as we returned 15 minutes later, it was waiting for us at the front desk. They also allowed me free access to the washer/dryer. Great staff.
The Columbus area seems to have a real issue with car break-ins, but my car was fine throughout my stay. The secure parking was the main reason I chose this hotel, but it was a pleasure to stay."
