We stayed here for a night to continue our Journey from Akita to Tendo, Yamagata. As soon as we enter the parking lot, a staff came to provide assistance for parking and the bags. Excellent reception who used a translation device to make sure we understood everything. There were two hot spring faculties, the open air was interesting with the bath/shower area also outside. Very nice hotel with excellent dinner and breakfast..we were served by a staff name RINA…she is extremely polite, cheerful and very friendly…she even personally wrote a goodbye card to me… that’s was very thoughtful and really appreciate her service.
Will definitely stay again if I am going to be in Yamagata…it’s like coming home….thank you once again

Excellent service and a great overall experience. The room was everything you could wish for, spacious, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast selection was delicious and they even have a spot for making onsen eggs!

I liked that there was free parking 5 min away as hotel is near to the free parking at the train station. Parking at hotel itself runs out fast. The twin room is pretty big and location is very central

Hi All,
We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting.
Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful.
However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station.
