很棒的溫泉體驗

我們連住2晚，發現飯店人手嚴重不足，無人清掃房間（只提供洗衣劵500日幣補償）；戶外溫泉區很棒，早上有看到專人清潔泡湯池（水放乾並清掃後再注滿溫泉），對於泡湯的衛生環境非常放心，大浴場的設置很完整，唯獨吹風機應該汰換會更好；早餐烹煮及服務人員非常敬業，整體而言覺得很棒，若再訪別府會再入住

I really want to line this hotel and it's onsen, but it's just a little lacking. They renovated 2 years ago and the large outdoor pool is no longer heated. It's extremely cold, even in May which is a disappointment.

家族4人で利用させていただきました。子供たちは水着着用の庭園温泉が楽しかったみたいで大はしゃぎでした。宿泊者用のコーヒーの無料サービスでいつでもコーヒーが楽しめました。施設内も清潔感ありとても良かったです。

意外とコンパクトなホテルでしたが、綺麗なホテルでした。水着着用の庭園風呂は行かなかったのでこの部分の評価は分かりませんが、建物内の風呂、露天風呂は良かったです。また宿泊者にはコーヒーなどの無理サービスも良かったです。別府駅までは距離がありますが、車なら問題ありませんし、地獄巡りは近くにありました。

벳푸의 분위기와 쾌적함을 동시에 느낄 수 있는 최적의 숙소. 직원들 또한 굉장히 친절하다. 인근에 식당 및 슈퍼가 여러 군데 있지만, 붐비는 곳은 아니라 저녁에는 조용히 휴식을 취할 수 있다.
