We had a nice experience at the hotel where not just providing cozy environment, as well as the most helpful staff service. We would like to express our greatest thanks to the staff โ€œWonโ€ who offered his uttermost help in solving our bathtub issues.

It is a rather dated hotel despite being renovated in 2025. The room is spacious but not well designed. The AC cannot reach the bathroom and other areas. Some part od the room like the toilet and the bath room is like a sauna- the roomโ€™s onsen is not working. The onsen esp the outdoor onsen is great! Location is good if u plan to visit 5 jingou - other than that it is next to high way and spending neighbour is rather industrial. Most guests are forced to have half board.
