The lady at the reception (Aiko san) is very helpful. Recommend places and restaurants. Aiko san speaks vey good English. The garden at the entrance is very well maintained with various plants. The private open rock bath attached to the room is heaven

Very close to major site seeing location including walkable distance to the stations. You can feel traditional vibe here for sure. It was very roomy, quiet and private. Our room had a private outdoor onsen and it was beautiful ~~ so relaxing with killer view of the mountain. Owner who welcomed us spoke excellent English and so friendly. We felt very welcome to the property. Love this place!

The room is very big. The outdoor private onsen definitely is a plus point, we enjoy very much especially during the winter time. Iko san, the owner is very kind to recommend the dinner place and help us to make reservation. I will stay here again if I come to Yufuin.

I’d return in a heart beat

a lovely ryokan with great amenities and private onsen. Perfectly located within a stones throw from the Main Street.

Good stay

Apart from the location easier to get to by taxi. There’s no restaurant in this hotel. But other than that it’s a perfect small hotel for families. Owner can communicate in English very well.

We had a lovely stay at this onsen resort. The host is very nice and she speaks perfect English. The property is very beautiful. It's a very traditional Japanese onsen. There are 5 rooms and every room has it's own beautiful outdoor hot spring. It's walking distance to the main street and the host make excellent restaurant recommendation. We really enjoy our stay there for 3 nights this summer. Cheers!

진짜 최고 좋아요 다음에 남편이든 가족이든 친구든 무조건 여기로 예약할꺼에요 대형 슈퍼마켓 10초거리에 메인거리도 가깝고 너어어무 친절하시고 젤로 중요한 룸컨디션도 미쳤습니다! 진짜 너무 강추해요. 하지만 나만 알고싶은 숙소...유명해지지말아줘용 지금도 넘 인기많아요!ㅠㅠ

非常好的溫泉旅館體驗

旅館非常乾淨舒適，踏入房間已經要脫鞋，洗手間有拖鞋使用。旅館很貼心 ，才踏入客廳已經看到有煲滾的熱水， 並有小竹籃盛載茶壺水杯，滿滿日式家庭感覺，一家坐下喝茶很是悠閒寫意。 我們先去公眾溫泉泡一泡，之後再享用私人風呂。我們選的是岩石風露天風呂， 很幸運我們入住當晚沒有下雨。 整體而言我們非常滿意。
