"Pros:Convenient location to the nearest station. The room/kitchen was very clean. Quiet neighborhood with nearby supermarkets & local restaurants. Con’s: Forgot there’s no elevators. We had 4 heavy suitcases to haul up and down to the 4th floor however, it was a nice corner location . Great for long stays. "

"This is an excellent area to stay. A short walk from the station, a convenience store nearby and lots of little ‘hole in the wall’ type bars and places to eat. The property itself, although smallish by western standards, is plenty big enough and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. "

"This is a small apartment. Fully set up for a stay, including cooking, washer dryer, small refrigerator. All direction for use is in Japanese. Easy walk to Kokubunji train station. Lots of good shopping. Small convenience st I re close by. Unless you are comfortable with dealing with ll anguage issues in the apartment, I would suggest a "regular" hotel."

"Close to the station. Breakfast is served until 10am so you can relax. The buffet is very delicious. There are no steps in the bathroom. Quiet. The only view from the window was the building in front of me. It was a bit difficult for a 4-day stay."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, just a short 9-minute walk from the station, making it extremely convenient. There are numerous restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The apartment itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were also exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. I had such a great time that I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!"
