Hotel was clean tidy and all equipments are in good condition.Breakfast was very good.We try yakiniku restaurant inside the hotel and it was very good experience.Foods were delicious.hotel staff is helpfull.Hotel beach is just 7-8 mins walking distance and there is shuttle bus between 0800-1700.

Generally a good stay, but we experienced the breakfast to be very busy and a little bit chaotic. The hotel should prioritize a way to make it more relaxed. E.g. by setting up zones with some simple walls that can help lower the noise.

The room size is amazing and there is also a washer dryer in my room. The room is super clean and functional. Daily basic housekeeping, should you need thorough cleaning you may book in advance.

Perfect Family Trip

Everything was way beyond my expectation. The room I booked was spacious and commanded a spectaculr view. Staff were invariably helpful, courteous, and accommodating in every sense. As the hotel is located in the middle section of Okinawa, I could venture into varying sites--north and south.

The hotel has a little bit of a dated feel though I think they tried upgrading it a bit. Location on the island itself was good for us as we spent 3 days with activities northward from the hotel. The pool was great too! However, it is not beachfront & while we can walk there, to walk back it would be uphill. The shuttle is only every hour, so it is not as convenient as I would like. Check-in is 3pm, we arrived 2pm & the receptionist said our rooms were ready but would only let us in early for 2000yen/room. I felt that out if goodwill, they should at least let us have one room free of charge. It is only 1hr & the rooms are vacant & ready! That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Parking is also chargeable at 1000yen for the stay. They have Eco Cleaning for housekeeping which meant they only change your towels & clearing trash. I think it should minimally include making of beds & also changing out used cups & mugs.

Enjoy everything

It was wonderful stay with my hudsband over 1 week. We played golf near the hotel and we could use the treanportatioj hotel provided. I liked "Spa" so much! Nice hot tub and proper temperature! Room was clened up and maked up every 2 days. Breakfast was good and lounge server also good. I was impressed "soap" everyday serviced in the lobby.

Too many kids and noisy rooms

We did not have the best room our room was right outside the ice cube machine and microwave and people keep using it late at night and super early like 6 am and 00.30 am. The door wasn’t soundproof at all We could hear children running around from the room above us.

ジャングリア沖縄に行くため利用させて頂きました。手違いがあったとのことで予約していたお部屋が満室となりグレードアップのお部屋に変更となりました。フロント係のスタッフの方がとても丁寧に説明して頂き何度も謝罪されていましたが、グレードアップして頂いたお部屋は一生に一度泊まれないかもしれないと思われる程の豪華なお部屋でした。 お部屋もホテル館内もとても清潔で、フロントスタッフの方はもちろんレストラン、お土産のフロアのスタッフの方々の対応も親切で２日間夢のように過ごさせて頂きました。 また沖縄に行く機会があったらぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います。
