The Hotel is an absolute Gem. The team is super attentive, notices ever comment you are making and addresses it accordingly, respectively is translating it into little surprises. The hotel design is of understated elegance and all materials are of high quality reflecting quite luxury. The rooms are tastefully furnished with all amenities you are expecting from a luxury hotel. You will find complementary soft drinks throughout the day at the pool area and the bar has a happy hours every day from 2 - 6 pm with complementary coffee, tea, beer, sparkling wine, whiskey and awamori. The hotel is located at the top of the island providing spectacular views over the island and the ocean. It is a little bit remote from the beaches and other restaurants, which is fully compensated by the hotels own complementary shuttle service. The hotels own restaurant meets fully the expectations of a gourmet with highest quality food and outstanding service. We are planning to go back the following year extending our stay to 2 weeks.

The room is pretty new but the surrounding of the hotel is not good. The location is not good, the road connected to the hotel is like a graveyard. The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel.

今まで滞在したどのホテルより居心地の良い、最高なホテルでした。 今回は、結婚した娘が今迄の感謝としてプレゼントしてくれました。 ジャグジー付の部屋は勿論、スタッフ皆様の接客が本当に素晴らしく、お別れするのが名残惜しかった程です。 朝食も手が凝っていてとても美味しかったです。 帰り際車を用意して頂き、最後まで両手でお見送りくださった支配人、ネパールのキュートなスタッフ様。 余韻を語りつつ出発し、気が付けば車内にはお手紙と冷えたペットボトルやミントキャンディ迄、本当にお心遣いが嬉しかったです。 私は、モルディブの水上コテージに行くのが長年の夢でしたが、もう果たせた気分です。 必ずや戻って来ますので、その時も変わらぬ笑顔をお願い致します。
