This was excellent stay, even combining work and vacation. Exceptionally clean, excellent staff, helping a lot from arrival to departure, all with smile and good will. When my wife got sea-sick, our butler went above and beyond to make it easier on her. Loved Thalasso pool, was there every day. Good beach, great snorkeling, many restaurants. Perfect!

Beautiful room, great view. The fine dining restaurant was not that great, but the Japanese restaurant was fabulous. The heated salt-water pool with jets in all different positions was really fun.

probably the best option in okinawa
It was a nice hotel with large rooms The furniture in the rooms is somewhat dated The pool area is nice but weirdly no one swims in the ocean directly next to the hotel and there are all sorts of signs warning you of the dangers There was some sort of screeching insect that was very very noisy day and night while we were there so it was difficult to enjoy our patio Food/ drinks is expensive WouLd be nice if they had bicycles as there’s a nice trail along the highway Also if more of the info about the hotel and programs was in English I personally preferred hawaii

Can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They also spoke English pretty well. The entire hotel is beautiful and our room was large and comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The Busena resort is quite away from the Naha airport but it's worth the drive! It's so beautiful and right on the beach and seems secluded from any busy city stuff. The level of service is way way above what you usually get at hotels, and you can definitely take advantage of lots of free and paid amenities on property. Rooms are spotless, big, and comfortable. The free breakfast, teatime, and cocktail hour are amazing! They really treat you like royalty here. My one bad experience at Busena was our meal at the Chinese dining restaurant on property. I ordered cashew chicken and wasn't too sure about the texture and if it seemed cooked. About 5am the next morning I got extremely ill and my husband felt fine. The only thing I had eaten that he hadn't was the chicken from the restaurant.

Excellent in off season
Amazing stay. We went March 11th, so off season just before things really ramp up for summer (April 1st). As such, the swimming pools were not open, but everything else was and it was private, exclusive, quiet, beautiful, etc. the salt water spa pool was open if course, so did not miss anything. Staff were incredible and attentive, kind and accommodating. Rooms were just gorgeous - it was well worth the ocean view. Could not have had a better stay. Thank you!

Beautiful hote, room was clean/comfy.,the free breakfast was amazing, great selection of items to choose from. The view from the 7th floor balcony was stunning. Staff were very accomidating and friendly. Would recommend to a friends as the suite was very private and romantic.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. The hospitality was incredible. Every staff member was attentive and wonderful. Our deluxe ocean view room was huge and immaculate. We took advantage of the hotel cocktail hour and dined at Chula-la, the Italian restaurant. They were all amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

One of the best resorts
The club at Busena is a truly beautiful place. Attentive and professional staff and outstanding amenities. Would happily go back. We arrived the day after a typhoon and the staff worked so hard to get everything back up and running. They were fantastic.

This hotel is the best hotel not only in Okinawa, but also in Japan. My family love this hotel and we've been here third times. Also, we will visit to here again in next holiday.

Wonderful place to have a time-out! Excellent staff, very friendly and polite! We enjoyed the complimentary tea-time and cocktail-time, which is something not very common in other hotels. The rooms are super clean!! The only downside i would have to say, would be that it was not possible to go to the sea as they dont have nets on that side of this hotel. Where they do have nets and there is a lifeguard, i would recommend taking some soft shoes to be able to get in to the sea, as there is a lot of corals that hurt the feet when you want to go for a swim!

Perfect getaway.
It is a wellness resort. The hotel is nice on a private beach. Rooms are super spacious with all necessary toiletries. Staff was very nice and polite. Valet parking was also included. Breakfast was not very large like big 5-star hotel but everything was tasty, fresh and healthy . And more importantly, not very busy and we could enjoy the view of the beach while indulging our-self in a bunch of delicious food.

Best of the best
There are only two hotels I would stay at on Okinawa. The Terrace club is one of them because it is so relaxing and quite. The staff is superb and you could not find better service than here. We love the fact that it is adults only none under 16 permitted. The rooms the view the thalasso pool is OUTSTANDING. We will be back again this year.
