The hotel is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered room service and the food was amazing. Within walking distance to several cool places to eat and the rooms were very clean. The only downside is valet parking for $25 a night, however it is downtown so safe parking is limited and expensive anyway. Would definitely recommend.

We were just driving through on a road trip back home to Canada and found this place to be relaxing and very comfortable. Their roof top bar was lovely and the mediterranean tapas the best I have Ever had. Loved the surrounding area even though I didn’t really get an opportunity to explore.

Such an easy check in & check out process! Clean room , close to a lot of places! Very nice staff, we needed some medicine for a headache & she gave me two Advils on the house! Highly recommend it wasn’t bad at all but i was only here for a day. Pool closed.

Wonderful Hotel!
Overall, an excellent stay. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff very friendly. Excellent bar and restaurant. ONE THING. The TV in the room worked, but was unwatchable due to the odd remote and setup they had for the TV. GO BACK TO REGULAR REMOTE AND SETUP! But that was far and away outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!

This beautiful and historic downtown hotel was a delightful surprise. (When you book some thing online, you never know until you actually get there.) We were thrilled with the beauty and charm of the place, the friendly and courteous staff, the rooftop bar and the downstairs restaurant, and the overall experience.

Our first time staying at this hotel was an enjoyable experience! The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the atmosphere just what we expected from a boutique hotel: chic and quaint. The valet, Andrew, was highly attentive and even suggested shuttling us to and from an event we were attending nearby, which made life alot easier (not having to worry about parking) good call Andrew! 👍 We will definitely stay again the next time we are in OKC.

I cannot brag enough on the staff at the Ambassador. That was THE best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The room stayed cold and dark. The desk clerk was friendly and the shuttle driver was very personable. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful, charming, older building. Clean & smelled great. Convenient location to many restaurants. Staff was very kind. Nice room, but not what we reserved & paid for or were told at check-in. Had to ask for a rollaway bed a couple of times. Pool was not what it looks like in pictures, very small. Lots of street & hospital noise. Overall, a little pricey for comps in the area.

Great stay
Wonderful stay. We loved our stay at this hotel compared to the other hotels we stayed before. Having nice glass cups for the morning coffee made us feel like at home and bed was comfy and room was very clean. My husband enjoyed having robe in the bathroom and everything was perfect. Location is also great and we will definitely stay here next time in OKC.

Night out for Mom and Dad. Love the hotel and location, Cafe Cuvée is one of our favorite restaurants, and there are multiple other choices nearby. Mattress in our room needed to be replaced- but we didn’t inform staff until checkout, so I have no idea what options they would have given us.

Very nice property. Well kept up. We enjoyed the bar on the roof. Caleb was a great bartender as was Hannah our server. Location was great on St Patrick’s Day as McNellies had a big event outside just a block away.

Clean, nicely decorated, friendly - gym is poor
Super clean place, tastefully decorated with super friendly staff. Gym is more of an afterthought and not up to the level of the rest of the experience.
