"This is the second time in 4 weeks we’ve stayed here. When we return, we will certainly stay here. Staff was friendly and warm. The first trip, my husband accidentally left his kindle in the room. Housekeeping found it, wrapped it and shipped it to us. Kudos!!! Great places to eat within walking distance, the riverwalk is nice, parking garage Is connected (BONUS)!! overall a great place!!"

"The room was excellent. The dining area of table and chairs were very dirty and uninviting. I would suggest that there always be someone at the front desk. Every clerk had to come from an office to serve. The hotel was very difficult to find and the area around the hotel was "slummy" and "industrial"."
