"First room the shower was filthy. Changed rooms. Nicer. There is no self parking and they wanted $34 for valet per day. I had to unload and park 4 blocks away in a $10 parking lot. "

"Hyatt place bricktown met or exceeded my expectations across the board! The hotel was completely full with the ncaa tournament in town but the staff was always courteous and patient. They worked hard to accommodate guest requests and provide an outstanding experience!"

"Very clean property and friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Halways could use an afternoon trash pickup as several room had trash outside their doors in the afternoon and overnight until late the next morning. "

"Usually when I've stayed here everything is great. I called ahead of our trip about changing our king room to a double. Person I talked to told me "no problem". When I arrived, I was told me my reservation been canceled. The woman said Expedia did it. She wasn't helpful at all. Informed me the hotel was full and complain to Expedia. No offer to help. Turns out, it was a person at the hotel that canceled it. But, i was still out of luck. We ended up staying at another hotel for 3 times the cost. Person at the hotel would not give me a refund. "
