"Nice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended."

"Saw Nyein San was the highlight of our entire trip to Myanmar. The amazing, friendly, generous staff run a very clean, comfortable guesthouse, and are very helpful with any travel needs. Our room was clean, insect-free, and had strong A/C - everything you'd want in a Burmese guesthouse. Also, the staff makes an incredible breakfast that we looked forward to each day in Bagan - definitely try their mohinga and Shan noodles! Heritage Bagan Hotel

"Super close to the airport …. Walk - don’t get a taxi (15,000). It’s flat and 7 Minutes max Hotel buildings and grounds are nice as is the pool area. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Nice white sheets and towels. Pool area is lovely. But common in Myanmar I’ve found, staff at the pool area, bar, never ask you if you need a towel, don’t ask if you want a drink … it’s a bit odd given they are standing around. Breakfast is good and for better when more folks were staying there. Food from the restaurant (is dinner) is all reasonably priced and lots of options- which is great as there is nothing walking distance! Hotel can organise your balloon trip and e-bike hire too (both I highly recommend) Def recommend this place, it’s a bit far from everything else but it is super nice "
