"We love The Palms. Our experience was a 10/10. The property is gorgeous. They were wonderful with answering any questions we had and made us feel right at home. I was traveling with my daughter and she especially loved the pool. I highly recommend this hotel. If I’m ever in Belize City again, I am staying at The Palms. "

"Booked a non-refundable room. Got an email after I booked that the pool was closed. Did not see the email until after my plane landed. In the pool notice they failed to mention the entire hotel has been under construction. When I brought up the lack of transparnecy with the front desk they were rude and argued with me. I urged them to look on their own website and on hotels.com to see for themselves that nothing is posted about the closed pool regardless of how long it has been out of service for. Overall a terrible experience. Was booked for 2 nights but checked out the next morning to find a different accommodation. Will never be back and will not recommend - especially if you have kids. "

"Super cool little Victorian style hotel. Staff were very friendly. Great location within walking distance to waterfront and dining and sights. "

"We spent 3 nights at the hotel and we truly enjoyed the place. The rooms are comfy and very functional and the property really nice, with a beautiful garden full of chirping birds and so close to the sea and harbour. The restaurant across the street owned by the property offers healthy breakfast and meals and has a beautiful view on the sea. Very happy we made this choice."

"We were diverted here for 1 night when the Roatan airport closed due to heavy rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's bare bones room, no coffee maker or safe, no elevator. We just needed a place not far from the airport for a quick one night stay. "

"Staff were friendly, the pics online make it look nicer than it is. The swim up bar doesn’t exist, just seats in the pool. They have a shuttle but you still have to pay to get a ride."
