"This resort is incredible. The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the property. I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay in Bend. The restaurant, The Row, was absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon with risotto and my partner ordered the French dip. We split the cookie with ice cream for dessert and everything was great. Our server Aubrey was very sweet and made us feel welcome. We also requested extra blankets to our room which arrived in a timely manner and were very comfortable. The robes in the closet were so soft and comfortable. I’d love to know where they’re from. We will absolutely be coming back in the future! "

"Best motel breakfast in Bend, selection, quality and very professionally attended to and maintained! Personable and helpful staff. As to the motel, no hot water at ‘rush hour’, thin noisy walls and noisy if occupied room is above you, barking dog, next door, no internet connection 4 out of 5 nights, in room heater failed to heat, sink stopper stuck in the closed position and would not drain. The staff kindly offered to change rooms which I accepted. I stayed 5 nights. There was no servicing the room at all. 2 bath towels were provided but no towel bars or hooks to hang towels for future use! Lastly, the outside grounds were not maintained. Trash that was in the parking lot was still there when I left. Not a positive first impression. Really great staff though. "
