"I have stayed at other hotels which had waffles n pancakes. The breakfast was in a very clean area but no variety. The staff was friendly we had a tv problem and it was taking care of immediately. I will definitely stay again !!!"

"Our stay at The Avenue Inn & Spa was truly a step above the rest. We started with a couples massage, which was easily the best either of us has ever had—an incredible experience made even more special with chocolates and champagne. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a welcoming lobby that offers plenty of comfortable seating for individuals, couples, and families alike. The indoor pool and hot tub were spotless, and the amenities were outstanding. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and water 24/7, along with a delightful wine and cheese hour (adults only), cookies and milk in the evening, and a full, delicious breakfast each morning. What really stood out was the attention to detail—from convenient changing rooms in the lobby to thoughtfully designed bathroom mirrors with magnification. We did have one minor issue with our HVAC unit, but it was handled immediately. Maintenance arrived within 10 minutes and replaced the entire unit. The staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. I also appreciated the modern touch of being able to scan QR codes to leave tips for staff who went above and beyond. Overall, this was an amazing place, and we can’t wait to return"

"We wanted to rest and relax in the jacuzzi but found there was floating mud and someone's hair we told the front desk manager that there was hair floating in the water. He promised to sort it out and said that the hair would be removed. When we came to the jacuzzi after a couple of hours and climbed into it we saw the same dirt and the same hair floating in the water, which I think is unacceptable, in addition the jacuzzi has sticky tape parts that looks not attractive and unsafe to use. Also the room we rented had cracks and the place looks old and in need of repair in my opinion."

"No. Diarrhea stained cigarette burnt sheets, dogs whining yapping and barking INCESSANTLY in hotel throughout the night, STRONG odors in hallways of pot, dog urine and must. Gross carpets (look greasy) in halls. Musty smelling rooms, no blow dryers. No."
