Mark and Steve had some excellent freshly ground coffee, sugar and creamers for us to enjoy in the morning. Great location near downtown and the lake, but quieter than where the chain hotels are."

"This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Residence and it was very comfortable, clean, spacious & safe both times.
Keep in mind it is a student residence and you will see some wear from previous tenants but overall it is very well kept."
