"Clean room, staff was wonderful and kind, however wifi was very patchy and we thought our suite had a balcony like the photos but it did not unfortunately "

"Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The official check-in time was 4:00 PM, but we arrived early at 3:00 PM and were pleasantly surprised when the staff allowed us to check in right away without any issues and provided our room keys promptly. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend staying here — they will absolutely love it! The indoor pool area was fantastic, featuring a fun water slide for children and a hot tub located just outside the indoor pool area. Access to these facilities was included at no extra charge and was open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn’t get the chance to enjoy the spa, dinner, or bar since they close after 10:00 PM, but everything else about our stay was great. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The rooms were good. Spacious and met our needs especially the family suite. Pack n plays were in good condition. Pool needs a good clean. The pool sides have not been done in some time. Breakfast was busy and got bogged down at the toaster. Need another toaster or a fast continuous feed toaster. "
