"Everything went wrong with this place but the most frustrating part was the staff. One example is the fact that they sent me to their restaurant in the 2nd floor with a 20% discount that then the restaurant after eating didn’t grant. I told the front desk and they said they were going to discount it when checked out etc. This was a week ago and I am still waiting. Then the valet parking and the fact that you need to remember to request your car at least 30’ before you need it and so many other issues. I really question whether I would ever stay in an AKA hotel again. I’ve seen them in NYC. "

"Great Hotel the rooms are small, we roomed in the luxury queen room. The technology is great it had a nice bathroom including a rain shower. It was pricey but it was nice and clean. The staff are very nice, and willing to help."
