"Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop. Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view. Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal . Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees but that’s not a deal breaker. Maybe they should have a self serve machine instead ? We didn’t use the pools but it’s nice they had them. Location was he great . Super easy to walk around old town."

"We have stayed at two hotels since we arrived Austria. This is the best hotel we stayed so far. Clean room and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to have two front desk agents in the morning as many guests were in a rush to check out to catch the flight or train."
