We stayed in a room that had ample space and enjoyed staying in. There is a lovely balcony with a hot tub. There were two friendly cats that hung out with us on the balcony. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience."

"The property is exquisite, no doubt. Very unique building and room that has kept some of the original building characteristics. Couple big issues though. First, the Wi-Fi is totally unusable, at least in the room we reserved. Was told it was normal because of the old stones used in buildings. If that’s the case, they should have a mesh network or a better solution than whatever they have now because we legit couldn’t get things to load and were told there was no internet at times by sites....
