"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and...

Seul point négatif : l’environnement extérieur de l’hôtel laisse à désirer, notamment en raison de certaines fréquentations dans les rues et sur les parkings avoisinants, ce qui peut donner une impression peu rassurante le soir. "One night stopover on the way to Montpellier. For a two star hotel and for a one night stay it does the job. The grill restaurant opposite does a mean entrecôte. The star of the show however is the receptionist. A credit to the hotel group. Helpful, kind and professional."
