"Fiquei decepcionado com a Pousada. Pelo valor qu epaguei esperava mais um pouco de conforto. A pia não fica no banheiro, mas sim no espaço onde fica a cama no quarto. O espelho em cima da pia ficava metade tapado devido a TV que também estava na parede em cima da pia. A toalha de banho bem pequena parecia um pano de prato de tão fina e áspera. As paredes do quarto sujas e não tem guarda roupas. Tinha que deixar as roupas pinduradas em uns cabides, não tendo espaço para colocar mala. O café da...

"Good property, and very clean room and good breakfast. Only disapointed point was pagamento was duplicated even if it was done through Expedia. I claimed and it was cancels but cost difference was happened due to transaction timing."

"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."

"I stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. This one is top 10 of the worst. Lots of basics missing like a simple holder in the shower box or a leaking box and mold all over the place, and much more. The positive side: it's near a nice beach."

Reclamei na recepção, me disseram que hotel estava lotado, argumentei que já havia pago antes e teria que ter quarto pra mim. Arrumaram um quarto com cama de casal, não era queen, mas me servia. "Positivos: - novo - Guilherme, atendente, eh muito atencioso - Toalhas e roupa de cama confortaveis - Silencioso Negativos: - Longe de tudo a ponto de ser dificil pegar taxi. - Sem blackout na janela da cozinha: o quarto eh claro, inclusive a noite. E quando nasce o dia, o sol entra direto no quarto - Eh uma estufa, com janelas de vidro em que o calor entra e nao sai mais - Ar condicionado venta direto na cabeceira da cama - Torneira da pia tem um problema estrutural: muito afastada da bacia, o que dificulta o uso e molha o resto da bancada - Limpeza nao eh diaria - Nao tem opcao de cafe da manha - Praia em frente em obras (extensao da litorania / saneamento) - Mas a unica razao deste comentario negativo foi a desconfianca do atendente, no checkout, que subiu no quarto pra conferir o consumo de agua do frigobar, apesar deu haver informado que nao houve consumo. Total falta de confianca "
