"Room was clean and spacious; loved the amenities and location (safe area - Im a runner and ran outside every day as a solo female and felt comfortable doing so early in the morning); ate breakfast at the hotel every day because it has so much variety and was so convenient for a fair price. Hotel front desk staff was so helpful in helping book taxis for us when needed (they helped my 80-year-old parents find an available doctor & book an appointment when my dad got sick on our trip) and they went out of their way to answer any questions we had. Highly, highly recommend. "

Alazne at the front desk went above and beyond for us, including in making personalized recommendations for places to visit (based on our interests), and for places to eat (each of which were fantastic). "Overall, it is a good hotel. The staff is friendly and kind, which made our stay pleasant. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms, as it wasn’t the best even upon arrival. However, after mentioning it to the staff, they promptly took care of the issue."
