"We would have liked to have been informed earlier that our room was a walk away from the main building.
We had cases and help would have been appreciated "
"If you want truly an exceptional experience,
kind staff, stunning property, views of Tuscany in every direction and a view of Florence, essentially a perfect experience, then book! I’m sad to leave, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have had the memories "

"Maybe the best, most hospitable, capable, and truly guest focused staff of any hotel at which I've ever stayed. Having been all over the world, a lot, Iit's a big compliment but it's 100% true. The hotel is a great value, too!"
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was much newer, cleaner, and more spacious than many other hotels we've stayed at in Italy. The style and layout felt more like an American hotel — modern, comfortable, and very functional.
The amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the free laundry facilities, which are rare in Europe. The rooftop bar was a highlight — great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and an incredible view. The pool was small but nicely done, and the entire experience felt easy and relaxing.
One thing to note is that the hotel is quite large, and navigating between buildings requires changing elevators. It’s not difficult, but if you’re in a rush, it can be a bit inconvenient. Still, it's a small trade-off for the overall comfort and quality.
I think this hotel is best suited for families and younger travelers. While there are elevators and it’s accessible, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for older guests looking for a smaller, more central boutique-style stay. That said, it’s still a much more comfortable option compared to many of the older, smaller hotels in Europe.
The location is a bit outside the city center, but still very manageable with public transportation or taxis.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return."
"Amazing and super clean. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again. Family suite was nice. Rooms next to one another with a tiny hallway adjoining. Great breakfast. "
"only problem was a/c- and it was the hotest Florence had been in years. The rooftop bar was excellent. Great people, the staff was pleasant and attentive. Go there!"
"Absolutely fantastic staff, simply brilliant! Silly Italian police came to the room to tell me off for sitting on the balcony but that was not the hotels fault! The staff, the room, the bed, the shower and the cleanliness were all absolutely 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!"
