"Location, staff, and breakfast were incredible. Great value due to it being the offseason. Very clean and safe. Only issue was the bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable but that could have been a personal preference. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."
