"Beds are not great, pillows very flat, no A/C and windows open the noise from road very loud. Hard to sleep. Breakfast was good for continental. The lounge area was great. "

"Nice familiar hotell near station. We had the most lovely view over the cathedral. 10 min walk from there. Breakfast was good and we had a very good and the stay was good value for money."

"A beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet location a short walk from the busy centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. On several occasions they called restaurants to make reservations for us. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is a lovely courtyard to sit and enjoy drinks and snacks day or night. Overall we loved our stay and would return."

"I had never stayed at The Social Hub before, but after this visit, I will be looking for more Social Hub hotels to use! The rooftop setting was very nice to see the city and enjoy the weather without ever leaving the hotel. Also, there is a public transit stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller. "

"I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!"

"Our stay at The Ruby Bea Hotel in Florence was a really great experience overall. That level of service made a big difference and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, especially if you’re trying to keep things a bit on the healthier side. There were solid options that didn’t feel overly heavy, which was a nice way to start each day. All in all, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, especially if you value great service and a convenient location."
