-was wonderful and very, very friendly. We had a family suite which gave us plenty of room. The breakfast was quite nice. It was centrally located so easy to walk to shopping and dining and local attractions like Port Vecchio and the Duomo.

We loved Hotel Collodi, it was very clean with the nicest staff. Location was perfect, so close to main attractions, yet on a quiet street. The free breakfast is enough to fill and get you going; pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee from the machine was. The elevator was small but worked and very much appreciated as I was on crutches. Would definitely stay here again upon a return to Florence.

Hotel Collodi is in a great location. It’s steps away from the Mercado Central which has many food options. It’s also walking distance to many sights. The beds were very comfortable and the family suite had a great loft area. The towels were interesting- more like bedspreads! - but otherwise everything was fantastic, including the staff. Highly recommend.

It was in a fantastic location and the hosts were extremely kind and accomodating. The painted roof in our room added a little extra magic. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were both comfortable. We had a great short stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. Thank you Giovanni & Nadine.

This is a quaint affordable boutique hotel located in a good safe location. Good restaurants, shops, and major attractions are within walking distance. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a good time with them. Our friends stayed in the much more expensive hotel next door and it didn't have any major advantages that was worth paying the price difference.
