I loved this hotel. It is really well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were really well located to the city of Florence once we figured out the area. One day we had a very early excursion that we would be leaving before breakfast and the staff packed us a very nice bag of sandwiches, fruit and water to take. I highly recommend staying here.

Literally one of the best European boutique style hotels you can stay at. Rooms are spacious and clean. Customer service is top notch. The breakfast is fantastic and the location is walking distance to everything. 10/10 rating. Brian at the front desk is absolutely outstanding and will help you with anything that you need.
