"No words to describe this place and the people that runs it. Everything was perfect, the scenery, the food, the atmosphere...but most of all the feeling that you've been treated like family. Marco and Eleonora are simply the best one could ask: attentive, professional , caring. Me and my daughter were treated like one of their own and that feeling says more than a million words. 10/10 Excellent

"This was a great stay. The staff was amazing. The property is beautiful. Although it wasn’t close to downtown, I preferred that since I mostly wanted to rest. So if you’re looking for something not in the immediate tourist area, this is perfect for you. While also noting that a popular shopping center is a short walk away, if you need anything and wanted a quieter day. . For the times I did go into the city, the Uber drivers were great, and I felt safe the entire time. I must note…this hotel had some of the best food I’ve tasted while on vacation and so far the best I’ve had in Italy that was consistent and equally delicious with a very pleasing presentation. I was not disappointed by a single meal."

"Bit out the way, definitely need a car if staying here, lovely views from room over the pool and the country’s. Could do with more than just one coffee sachet in the room. Staff were lovely, hotel very clean. The restaurant menu was a little basic, nothing special or much Italian on the menu more steak, burgers and pizza."

"Loved this small hotel tucked into a hillside with gorgeous views. Dinner fantastic with attentive staff. Not a large menu. Just a few first and second course dishes prepared just for that night. At the chef’s suggestion we shared plates of all of them. The pool has great views and drinks. The hilltown Fortunago is on the list of Italy’s best preserved and carefully maintained. Town so tiny nothing to do but enjoy the perfection of place. No tourist shops in sight. A true get-away. Excellent breakfast included, another plus."
