"Cool hotel.The room was a bit small. The breakfast was great and the rooftop pool and bar are very nice. it is close to the Bayside so great location. close to the Port of Miami which was good because we were going on a cruise."

"The front desk lady was SO EXTREMELY RUDE! I had my handicap placard and she still put us on the second level of the hotel, where there is not any stairs on the property and we were expected to carry up all of our luggage. She mocked and humiliated me when I needed to be on the first level. Then did not give us correct instructions on how to find out room. We were in the area of the hotel that was NOT numbered with where these rooms are and they are in the back by the parking lot. We had to go back to the front desk, three different times with her getting more and more irritated with us every time. Finally, on the fourth time she gave us a map and it was could have cared less if ever found our room, even knowing I am handicap and could not walk the entire property the four times that I did after trying to get my luggage up a flight of stairs. I have never been more embarrassed or upset or treated with such discourtesy and disrespect in my entire life."

"The only downfall of this hotel is that it is right by train tracks and the airport so you can hear trains and airplanes all throughout the night."

"We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!"

"Second time staying at the property. First time stayed in the middle building. Even there is elevator but quite and nice. Clean hotel, nice staff. This time stayed in the main building. Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming."

"The pictures of the room didn’t match. You would think the hotel would at least have complimentary coffee or a microwave but they didn’t. The pool is extremely small."
