Everything was the same as it’s always been, small updates. Unfortunately some updates were unexpected like paying $25usd a night for parking and the water park not opening until 10am, while prior years it was open at 9am. Overall it was ok and the kids had a great time .

The hot tub was not working and we should have been informed before checking in. Staff was either very nice or very rude

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lacey – Olympia by IHG
This is our 4th time visiting. Visiting family over last few years. Staff and breakfast always good. The room we had this year was really run down. Housekeeping did a great job with what they had.

Great place and the staff we encountered was polite. I like the updated signs anout ataying quite after hours. Helps familes sleep who are trying to have a getaway
