"We stayed one night.There was no hot water for a shower or use the sink.Also the phone in room didn't work as the line was cut. And the remnants of the line were bundled in a knot with the lamp and alarm clock wires. Fire hazard."

This hotel has been around a while under a previous business name and has needed upgrades for a while but it has happened. I have a new hotel brand to add to my list now. "I self-parked in the garage amidst a bit of confusion and congestion with street construction happening right outside the front entrance of the hotel. Parking was easy enough, and safe, but the garage could use a serious power washing. Dirty garage floor makes for dirty hotel floor. Otherwise, the room was clean and beautifully Deco. The staff, from the front desk to the valet, the restaurant and bar, were wonderfully friendly, and helpful and welcoming. Great stay"
