The room was quiet except for a child that banged on our door twice during the evening thinking it was funny. The room was clean but extra attention to cleaning pictures hung for atheists could be addressed as there was something splatter across one of the pictures. The staff were lovely and apologetic for the picture. We didn’t make a fuss as we only stayed one night. The coffee was delicious.

Upgraded to excellent higher floor room overlooking Harbour, room cleaned, bed made every day of 5 night stay, multiple dining options chargeable to room, central for all things Auckland. Paid for buffet breakfast with room, is worth it to start each day especially when taking early start tours. Need a Show card to enter any Casino area.
