"Nice place, location very safe and a lots of restaurants around. We really liked."

"You get what you pay for. Place is a little far from city center, and has a lot of mould, since there is a windowless bathroom. But they are very helpful and room is fully equipped with everything a traveller needs (air condicioning, tv set, fan, bathroom, shower with hot water, full kitchen (small fridge, water heater for coffee and tea, stove and some kitchen supllies. Only downside is microwave wasn't working). Perfect for budget travellers."

"It was very dirty and smelly and one night have seen giant cockroach in the bathroom. Every thing in the parlamento was sticky like it never had a proper clean. Just terrible to be in it."

"The views from both the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking, adding significantly to the hotel's charm. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped, while the breakfast is not only delicious but also carefully curated. The staff are exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating — I genuinely didn’t want to leave. The restaurants and bar offer great dining choices, and the two gyms and pools provide plenty of space to stay active during your stay. The only downside is the location, which feels more like a financial district and isn’t close to major tourist attractions. However, that wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed just one night after our Halong Bay trip."

"We stayed at Mövenpick Living West Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Breakfast at the Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The chef GIULIA has been incredibly accommodating who tailored to our dietary requirements, providing exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. Also, the chocolate hour was really nice too. "

"The host was very clear and concise with his directions to find the property as well as access was very clear and consistent. Overall, the property was tidy a few spots could need a little extra elbow grease as far as cleaning but overall a very nice apartment with a incredible city view from the balcony, and lots of amenities nearby shopping restaurants and entertainment all very close and very good!! The host made this day, very comfortable and welcoming with this helpful directions and courteous nature!! Thank you for allowing me to be your guest. I had a great stay in your apartment!! "
