Such a well situated hotel slap bang in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to most sightseeing/tourist hubs. Room was fantastic, spacious, tea/coffee making machine, fridge which was a bonus, would 100% stay here again. 5*

Door staff was friendly. The desk staff was very slow and lines were long. AC worked well and our room was refreshed and clean daily. I understand having to pay more for breakfast, but it would have been nice to have coffee on the house. On our last day we bought coffee in the hotel and for two small cups it was nearly $10. Overall the location was great and it was easy to get around with that as a central base.
