"Everything in the room is great. The only unusual thing of this hotel is it doesn’t have a front desk, there is only a room with an employee in it and communicates through a small window, and he is not always present."

The Hanok was deliciously warm in the very wintry minus 12 degrees celsius and we were provided food to prepare breakfast each morning including the most fabulous fresh strawberries. "Beautiful hanok conveniently located close to all the major attractions. It was easy to check in and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the little cafe area which was fully stocked with all the amenities like tea, coffee, hot/cold filtered water and a microwave. "

"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. "中心地からは離れていて、アイスバレーやケーブルカーの近くです。ゆっくり自然の中で過ごすにはとても良いです。 日本語を話してくれるスタッフもいたし、丁寧に対応してもらいました。ありがとうございます。 ホテル内にカフェやレストランがありますが、レストランの営業時間には気をつけてください。 また近くにコンビニなどはないので気をつけてください。"
