We stayed in Room 506 from Thursday, 9/24/26, with our three children, my husband, and his service dog. Overall, we would rate our stay 8/10. We enjoyed many aspects of the property and would consider returning in 2027, but there were several areas where better communication and attention to detail would have made our stay much more enjoyable. One of our first concerns was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom closest to the kitchen, where the queen bed was located. We have allergies, so this was particularly uncomfortable and something we feel should be addressed. We were also specifically told that the pool would be open until 9:00 PM, so we went down to swim around 8:00 PM on Thursday. When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed because a heating element had been installed the previous day, 9/23/26. This was disappointing because we had been given different information. Unfortunately, the pool remained closed on Friday as well, meaning we were unable to use it during our stay. We had also been told that mini golf required an additional fee. Since the pool was unavailable, the lady working on Friday kindly allowed us to play mini golf for free, which we really appreciated. Given the circumstances, that was a thoughtful gesture. In general, however, we feel that parking and mini golf would be better included in the stay rather than charged separately.

We stayed for four nights and overall had a positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, stylish and very clean. The staff were also consistently friendly and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had an issue, they tried to find a solution. However, the hotel still feels like it is finding its footing. At times, staff seemed unsure about procedures, what was included or what they were allowed to offer, which made the service feel somewhat unorganized. We also felt the hotel lacks a clear concept. It presents itself as a luxury spa and relaxation hotel, but children are allowed to run around the cabana area, which can be disruptive for guests looking for peace and quiet. A clearer separation of family and relaxation areas would help. The housekeeping concept was another disappointment. Fresh towels are only provided every three days and cleaning is very limited. For almost €900 for four nights, we expected a higher standard. There were also no towels available in the sauna during any of our three visits, which may explain why guests were taking them from their rooms. Bathrobes and slippers, which were stated as included when booking, were also missing. If housekeeping is limited, basic cleaning essentials such as a broom should at least be provided in the apartments. Finally, service at the pool bar and restaurant was quite slow, with drinks sometimes taking around 40 minutes despite there being there being very few guests.

Super venlig og hjælpsom manager. Stedet er HELT nyt, så der er ting som ikke er helt på plads, i køkken mv. Men fedt med helt nye faciliteter. Lidt larm fra vejen, så leder man efter ro er det ikke helt der. Vælg lejlighed med havudsigt, vigtigt.

Da vi tjekkede ind på hotellet, fik vi et værelse på samme etage som parkeringsgaragen – altså nederst i bygningen. Værelset var meget mørkt, og vi bad derfor om at få det skiftet. Personalet oplyste, at de ikke kunne flytte os, fordi de ikke kunne foretage ændringen i bookingsystemet, selvom vi online kunne se, at der var ledige værelser. Dagen efter kunne vi godt få et andet værelse, men kun mod en merbetaling, og vi skulle først tjekke ud og vente omkring fire timer, før det nye værelse ville være klar. Samtidig virkede vores nøglekort ikke, så vi måtte benytte en separat nøgle til værelset. Efter at have oplevet, hvor besværlig processen var, valgte vi i sidste ende at blive på det oprindelige værelse. Det virkede ganske enkelt for omstændeligt at gennemføre et værelsesskift. Vi synes samtidig, det er utilfredsstillende, at man kan risikere at få et værelse placeret så lavt i bygningen, uden at dette fremgår tydeligt ved booking. Lejligheden var pæn, moderne og virkede helt ny. Den var desuden godt lydisoleret, havde en fantastisk udsigt og rigtig gode senge. Til gengæld lugtede den kraftigt af maling, og flere ting gav indtryk af, at byggeriet endnu ikke var helt færdigt. Persiennesystemet fungerede eksempelvis ikke, hvilket betød, at vi skulle kontakte receptionen, hver gang vi ønskede at åbne eller lukke dem. Til sidst opgav vi helt. Badeværelset var flot, men gulvet i bruseområdet virkede forkert konstrueret. Vandet løb ud i hele badeværelset ved hvert bad. Det så
