"Great rooms for a family of 4 with small kids. Amazing breakfast. We mainly stayed here because of the location to a tram spot and the breakfast. Stayed here two nights and for $300 per night I tried multiple times to get clean towels but never a response from the front desk."

"I had a really nice solo stay here. It’s in a great area and the room is clean with everything I needed. I read some reviews about the rooms being warm but I stayed during a heatwave and did not find the room too warm at all despite not having AC (I had been worried about this). The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful"

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
