"It’s literally within the airport"

"I am currently staying at this property and am appalled by the lack of duty of care shown by the front desk staff. When checking in, I requested a simple solution to improve airflow in my room (a fan or ventilation check) as I suffer from claustrophobia, which can escalate into a serious medical issue. Instead of offering assistance or empathy, the male receptionist on duty flatly told me, "We don't have anything for you. If you get into a medical emergency, we'll call an ambulance for you." To treat a paying guest with such indifference when they disclose a medical concern is completely unacceptable. At 300 francs a night, you expect a professional level of hospitality, not dismissive remarks that put a guest's safety at risk. I am traveling with my family, and this experience has caused us immense stress. Do not expect any support from the staff here if you have a problem. The male receptionist refused to share their name so I don’t have anyway to identify if this is systemic or not."

"It’s a very good property than it is very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle to the airport in the morning for a Price I don’t know why they hotels having such a International people arriving Daily. They don’t have too many TV channels in English. there was something very important in that is that they were machines working construction next to the hotel all night long with making a horrible noises that make it very difficult to sleep."
