Stayed for 2 nights in Sep 2023. Clean and quiet hotel, a little out of the old town area. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Special shout out to Patricia who gave good recommendations and tips on bike touring route from Freiburg to Lake Titisee. Could get the advice and details from anyone else in Freiburg.

What a wonderful stay. The hotel is conviniently located about 3 to 5 minutes walk from the main train station but far away enough that its quiet. Is it very near the altstadt, another 5 minutes walk.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent.
The room is very clean and cozy and the bed was most comfortable.
Honestly if I do come to freiburg again, I'd definitely stay with post hotel freiburg once more.

Nice and modern hotel. Right next to a thermal spa resort, it would have been the perfect relaxing weekend away. Unfortunately, we only stayed a night and didn't get the chance to experience. The room is very comfortable. However, the service we received when we checked in was only lukewarm and we were told there was breakfast included which turned out to be wrong. And we ended up paying for it.
