When I finally reached the right department, they immediately reassured me that they had it. "It was 6:30am I only wanted a coffee and the server asked for my beverage comp card yet coffee is free in the lobby. I did not have a problem paying for it. It was kind of her but she left a family with a child waiting while asking me to look for the comp card on the 19th floor. "
