"The room was comfortable but needed some minor maintenance attention. The outdoor pool space is spacious and well set up. The shuttle to the beach is efficient but we found that the $15 24 hour pay parking at Gulf Shores Beach access was more convenient. Bring beach towels. Breakfast food is well prepared and the service pleasant but confirm whether the tip is included. The voucher says not included but there was a charge on our bill that detailed a gratuity line item. We had also paid a cash gratuity."

"Good beach view…horrible check in me and family waited until almost 7 pm in lobby wasting time check in was 4pm. I went back up there asking was there any update on check in at like 6:40 pm and the comment of ohhh your room just got ready. We ate dinner at that walk in restaurant it was not very good. The hamburgers were even burnt. The service was even worse. I asked for mayo for burger my wife and I kids were almost done eating and i finally had to get up go to desk asking for mayonnaise. The breakfast was pretty good at the same place though"

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities you could ask for. Unfortunately, I can’t overlook the fact that we found roaches during our stay. A clean and pest-free environment is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. It’s disappointing because everything else about the hotel was great, but this issue definitely impacted my experience. Hopefully, management addresses the problem quickly. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆"
